Which widgets does DailyThemes include?

How do I design my own widget?
Open the widget editor, choose a size, then add and style layers: text, data, shapes and images.
Start from a template or a blank canvas. Every layer can take your theme's colors and fonts, so your weather widget and your wallpaper actually belong together. Preview the widget at its real size before you save it. Premium widget designs are included with Pro.
How to add a widget to your iPhone Home Screen
- Design or choose a widget in DailyThemes and save it.
- Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen until the apps jiggle, then tap + in the top corner (on newer iOS versions, Edit ▸ Add Widget).
- Search for DailyThemes, swipe to the size you want and tap Add Widget.
- Touch and hold the new widget, tap Edit Widget and pick the design you saved.
What sizes can Home Screen widgets be?
Small, medium and large on iPhone, plus extra large on iPad.
A good aesthetic Home Screen usually mixes one large or medium “hero” widget with one or two small ones. Try a medium Day widget on your first page with a small countdown widget beside it. On iPad, the extra large widget gives you space for a full-week agenda.
A widget app that doesn't want your data
Plenty of widget apps ask for an account or send your data to a server. DailyThemes doesn't need an account, doesn't track you across apps and never uploads Apple Health data. If you're looking for an alternative to other widget apps that keeps things private and matches your wallpaper, that's what DailyThemes was built for.

Is there a weather widget?
Yes. The Day widget shows the current weather and forecast next to your calendar agenda. Weather uses an approximate location; DailyThemes doesn't ask for precise GPS.
Can I show my Apple Health steps in a widget?
Yes. The Health widget set shows steps, sleep and more from Apple Health once you allow access. The data is read on your device and never uploaded.
Why isn't my widget updating?
iOS decides how often widgets refresh to save battery. Opening DailyThemes refreshes them straight away. Weather and calendar widgets update through the day.
Can I use different designs for the same widget size?
Yes. Add the same widget size more than once, then choose a different design for each with Edit Widget.
Are the widgets free?
A selection of widgets and the editor basics are free. Pro unlocks every premium widget design.
